Follow these steps:
- Go to start>run>Type gpedit.msc
- Under Group Policy Editor, go to Computer Configuration> Administrative Templates> System
- Under System, look for Turn off Autoplay.
- Open it, set the value to Enabled.
- Apply & then OK.
