How To Restrict User To Set Minimum Password Length?

By default in windows you can set password of length like 4,6 or any characters length , but you can also restrict user to set password of minimum length, means password must not be less than characters set by user.

Go to start>run>Type gpedit.msc>Computer Configuration>Windows Setting>Security Settings>Account Policies>Password Policies>Double click on Minimum password length>Set length.
